Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Brow Pencil is by far the best eyebrow pencil I have used. It provides full coverage and will last the entire day. 

I love that I can fill in those sparse areas and give my eyebrows a more natural look.

I have also tried more affordable brands such as L'oreal and BH cosmetics. 

L'oreal Brow Stylist Definer can be found at CVS for $8.99

When those times arrive and you just can not make it to Sephora, this eye brow pencil does the trick. It also works very well.

BH Cosmetics Studio Pro HD brow Pencil sells for $6.99

I ordered a few of these online and can not complain, it works well and the price is great.
