Boost your immune system
I love to drink a cup of tea and squeeze a half of a lemon in it. I have also drank a warm cup of lemon water in the morning to get that little boost we all need to get the day going. A cold cup of lemon water is also refreshing with lunch or dinner.
When I am not feeling well lemons are my go to.
This is one of natures little golden gems.
