Trying my hand at something new 

Time to make some changes and start something new to break up the monotony. So here I am trying my hand in baking, it has always been one of my passions. I have been trying a few recipes (from scratch) trying to find the perfect cake texture. Also, learning how to pipe and decorate a cake. I will share the successful ones and maybe the not successful ones too. 😁

This is a vanilla cake with butter cream frosting and cream cheese frosting as the filling. It was my second attempt and it was delicious. 

I will never show you the first one, it was horrible. It was a three layer that looked like someone threw up on it. I do not know what happened to that frosting, but something went seriously wrong and it looked nasty😓😂. See you in the next post.
