Cheddar broccoli soup
When it’s cold out the first thing that comes to mind is what kind of soup do I want to eat. This is a simple chicken broccoli soup I created. It is surely a hit at my house.
Sauté chicken in a little oil add sat pepper and a pinch of parsley flakes
I used a precooked bag of frozen chicken I bought at my local market. It cooked in about 30 minutes But if fresh chicken is all you have make the chicken first and when it’s done put you broccoli to steam. In a separate pot steam broccoli with a little water
Once broccoli is tender add the two cans of cheddar cheese and two cups of milk and season to taste. Once it’s hot your soup is ready.
Serve in a bowl and add chicken
