New Year New Me?
With everything that has happened in the last year, I dont know if I would say new me for the new year. There have been good days and some very bad days in 2020; from being quarantined in the house and socializing just about coming to a hault, can send someone into a bad emotional state.
With that being said how about new year same me still surviving through this crisis!
It can seem as though our normal life has gotten away from us; with the changes we all have had to make, but in those times we have to find a little bit of hope in every single day. Give yourself something to look forward to, you deserve it; whether its something as simple as painting your nails, giving yourself a facial, starting that exercise plan or eating healthier; those goals you set that you haven't started yet. You can't finish if you don't start, no results without beginning. Maybe it has nothing to do with your health or weight, it could be a project or business you want to start and haven't had the motivation to start.
In this process, while we are waiting to get back to some type of "normalcy" (like life would go back to normal after this), there are many things we can do to stay motivated.
Eat healthier and /or start that new exercise program you have been putting off; Hey summer is still coming!
